If you can believe this, I JUST figured that out a couple months ago and I've had the books for 10 or 11 years! I bought them at a discount book store while living in France. I wish they were actually originally French-language vegetarian cookbooks!Jenni (aka Vegyogini)https://www.blogger.com/profile/04248320434337952085noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-583023432907990825.post-30410819292692455812007-11-15T08:28:00.000-08:002007-11-15T08:28:00.000-08:00Hey, I think I have "La Cuisine Végétarienne"... i...Hey, I think I have "La Cuisine Végétarienne"... is it the one with asparagus on the cover ?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-583023432907990825.post-4969280709604211262007-11-13T20:36:00.000-08:002007-11-13T20:36:00.000-08:00Next time I go to Whole Foods, I'll check the free...Next time I go to Whole Foods, I'll check the freezer to see if they still carry the Whole Soy frozen yogurt. Follow Your Heart had it a couple weeks ago, but I don't know how quickly they rotate their inventory. The truth is that I rarely buy "ice cream," so it very well could be discontinued here without me knowing it. Tracy, I do have a ton of cookbooks! United Natural Foods discontinued them, so none of co-ops around these parts can stock it. How unfair that they discontinued it in Dallas!

Vegan Noodle: Wow, angel food cake with chocolate mousse! That sounds amazing. Maybe we should both try Veggie's suggestion and compare notes on how our angel food cake comes out.

Veggie: You've achieved sainthood in my eyes. I can't believe I might actually get to eat meringue cookies and angel food cake again. I just used Ener-G egg egg replacer equivalent to the 4 eggs in the recipe and it worked!
