I make my snicke...If you're up for trying it... I make my snickerdoodles with ground golden flax. :) And, of course, the ubiquitous Earth Balance. I find that, generally, the golden ground flax doesn't change the flavor & texture of cookies noticeably, and it gels better for "egg".
