I Am Trusting is Cafe Gratitude LA's new seasonal tamale plate. The tamale is filled with zucchini and mushrooms and is served alongside the most perfect black beans I've ever tasted. The spicy salsa verde is not only a delicious accompaniment to the tamale, but it also gave a nice kick to my salad (I tend to eat my salad last).
