VeganMoFo: LA Vegan Weekend Happenings

This weekend is rife with opportunities for vegans in LA! On Saturday, Quarrygirl co-presents the LA Vegan Beer Fest, which will feature vegan beer, vegan food, and music by my friends the Makepeace Brothers (they're scheduled to take the stage at 2 p.m.).

Chef AJ's Healthy Taste of LA takes place on Sunday. If you're lucky, she'll bring her rich and decadent German Chocolate Cake to share (see above and below for photos)!

You can also take a Fall French Cuisine class at Spork Foods on either Saturday or Sunday. The menu looks fantastic: Nicoise Salad, Mushroom Bourguignon, Melted Cheese Fondue with Assorted Crostini, and an Apple and Pear Tarte Tatin.

Have a wonderful weekend and enjoy all that LA has to offer!

I feel so lucky to live here where there are wonderful events happening. This weekend I feel as if I hit the jackpot. By chance I happen to be going to all 3 events.
I'm going to be one tired gal at the end of the weekend but very happy.
