Corndawgs
Happy Herbivore and I are both baseball fans. My team of choice is the Angels, but for a vegan, their food options leave a lot to be desired. I always bring food with me to the game to ensure that I have a fabulous vegan meal and this time, I brought Happy Herbivore's tester corndawgs! Borrowing a trick from Vegan Lunch Box, I baked my corndawgs in a Twinkie pan (see the original Twinkie dog post on VLB here), and they turned out perfectly! Many thanks to HH for a recipe worthy of a baseball game! Don't forget that you can now buy her e-book, which contains this recipe.

WOW what a great idea. those look like twinkies, but when i know vegan dogs are inside, my mouth waters in a whole different type of way! ever since i found out morningstar used eggs in their fake corn dogs, i've been looking for a substitute!
So cute!
So cute! How does it go without the pan?
I've actually never had corndogs, vegan or not, but they look so cute baked in those pans!
nifty! I was a big corn dog fan, back in the days.
I SO need to get that pan! I have made 'twinkie cupcakes' because, well, they are freaking awsome, but corndogs?? I used to love veggie corn dogs, like, a million years ago...
so cute. Finger food is the most fun!
Oh wow, my husband would love these! He's was a big corndog fan.
