Another of the new Cafe Gratitude LA menu items is I Am Awesome, an eggplant parmesan sandwich. The eggplant is coated in herbed cornmeal and layered with tomatoes, arugula, basil, and the same marinara and cashew ricotta as I Am Warm-Hearted. It's a sloppy, scrumptious sandwich with flavors that perfectly compliment each other.
